Answer: You’re welcome to check in anytime after 14:00. Check out is anytime until 12:00.
Question: Do you offer early check in before 14:00?
Answer: Early check in is possible if there are free rooms available by the moment of check in and is charged at the rate of 1/2 of the cost of the night. You are welcome to leave your luggage for free before check in.
Question: Do you offer late check out (after 12:00)?
Answer: Yes, late check out before 18:00 would cost 1/2 of night price, after 18:00 full price. Please note you can leave your luggage at luggage room after checking out.
Question: Do you have luggage storage room?
Answer: Yes, you can always leave your luggage before check in or after your check out.
Question: How to get to the hotel from airport DME / SVO / VKO ?
Answer: You can book a transfer here. Alternatively, you can take an aeroexpress from every airport to metro stations Paveletskaya (Павелецкая), Belorusskaya (Белорусская) and Kievskaya (Киевская) accordingly.Trains go every 30 minutes. Travel time is 35 minutes.
Question: Is there WiFi in the rooms?
Answer: Yes, free WiFi is available throughout all our hotels.
Question: Do you accept pets?
Answer: Currently, we only accept pets at Babushka Doll and Retro Moscow on Pokrovka hotels. Charges may be applicable.
Question: Is your hotel located in safe neighborhood?
Answer: All our hotels are located in the heart of Moscow, in historical and safe areas.
Question: Are there some attractions around the hotels?
Answer: There are many attractions around such as theatres, museums, galleries and much more. Also, you'll find many restaurants, supermarkets bars and night clubs around that working 24 hrs.
Question: I need a Visa to Russia. Can you help me?
Answer: We provide Visa Support for our guests for as low as 1200 Rub per person (price may vary depending on the citizenship of the guest). You can apply for Visa Support here.
Question: Can you book excursions for me?
Answer: Yes, feel free to choose and book one of the excursions listed here.
Question: Do you offer breakfast?
Answer: No, but there are plenty cafes close to all our hotels and you also can cook at any of our hotels on fully equipped kitchen.
Question: I am travelling with a child/children. Should I pay for their stay?
Answer: All children are welcome. Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. No extra beds can be provided.
Question: I will need a registration. Do you register your guests?
Answer: Yes, we register all our guests.
